We will process your order within one business day after receiving your order.In some cases, such as weekends, holidays or peak seasons, ordering processing may take longer. 2.Lead Time for Custom Products
Order processing/production time: 15–35 business days (calculation begins after CAD confirmation).
Estimated shipping time: 25–35 business days.
Total estimated time: 40–70 business days.
3.Our Supply Chain Shipping Process
All our premium range hoods are exquisitely handcrafted in our manufacturing facility with strict quality control throughout production. After the product is completed, we will conduct thorough inspections and send you completed product photos for confirmation.
After your confirmation, orders are either shipped directly or routed through our U.S.-based warehouse to ensure safe and reliable delivery, then delivered to your address with a focus on safety and reliability.

Free Shipping within United State: We offer free regular shipping for most orders within the United States (except Hawaii, Oregon, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas).
Free Duties in United State: We cover customs duties and taxes for orders shipping within the United States.
Urgent Shipping: For orders that require faster delivery, contact us at info@primerangehood.com for a quote as it depends on the products sizes. We will provide the details within one business day based on the product dimensions and shipping address.
Remote Area Shipping: For remote areas such as Hawaii, Oregon, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, we will charge an additional remote area delivery fee. For a quotation, contact us at info@primerangehood.com. The specific fee will be determined by the size of the package and the distance.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping services. International shipping costs and times such as Canada will vary depending on your shipping address. For a quotation, contact us at info@primerangehood.com.
International Shipping Duties & Tax: We cover the duty and tax for the orders within United State. For international shipping, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
