Yes. Depending on the design, the top and bottom depths can be customized to coordinate with your cabinetry and cooking area.
Your range hood cover should be as same as or wider than your cooktop width. PrimeRangeHood suggests making the cover 3 to 6 inches wider than the cooktop to catch expanding grease and smoke.
Typically, the range hoods are positioned between 30 and 36 inches clearance above the cooktop.
Ceiling height directly affects the hood height and overall proportions. We consider the distance between the cooktop and ceiling, along with the recommended 30"–36" mounting clearance, to determine a suitable hood height. For taller ceilings, we can customize the hood height to maintain balanced proportions and a seamless fit with your kitchen design
When planning a range hood, we consider the location and depth of the upper cabinets to ensure the hood fits properly without interfering with cabinet doors or storage space. For custom designs, please provide your cabinet dimensions or a kitchen photo, and we can recommend the appropriate hood dimensions and configuration.
Yes. Send us your cooktop width and depth, ceiling height, cooktop height, cabinet dimensions, and installation type, and we can recommend the appropriate hood dimensions.
All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
Yes. You can provide a color reference from Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, Pantone, RAL.
Yes. You can use your own insert. Please provide your insert specs and model number so we can design the hood to properly accommodate it.
Yes. We offer different ventilation options, including internal motor, remote blower, and ductless configurations, depending on the hood design and project requirements.
Duct size should follow the insert or blower manufacturer's specifications. Using undersized ductwork can reduce ventilation performance.
In many cases, yes. However, we need the duct location, size, and connection position to ensure the custom hood and insert can be properly coordinated.
The appropriate duct material depends on the ventilation system and local installation requirements. For best airflow, manufacturers generally recommend smooth metal ductwork with the shortest and straightest route possible rather than highly corrugated flexible ducting.
Yes. Depending on the design, you can combine finishes such as a stainless steel body with brass straps and rivets or other custom combinations.

Sign Up: The first step is to sign up for an account on our website and provide your shipping and billing details. Then proceed to place your order.
Browse & Select: Browse website products and choose the item you desire, customizing it to your preferences on our product page.
Customize in 3D: Use our interactive 3D configurator to explore your range hood from every angle. Select your preferred finish, crown, straps, rivets, and other design details, and see your selections update in real time.
Add to Your cart & Checkout: Add the product you choose and its custom size, color, finish etc options to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.
Details About Production
Step 1 CAD Drawing
As soon as you place your order, we will provide you with the CAD drawing to check and approve. And our production will not start until you fully approve the drawing.
Step 2 Handcrafted Production
After getting your CAD drawing confirmation, our craftsmen start fabricating your range hood strictly based on the confirmed design. Once the product is complete, we will send you photos of the finished product for your confirmation. Upon receiving your confirmation, we will proceed with packaging and shipping.
Step 3 Delivery
Our workshop will do final inspection of your range hoods, and then pack it into the well reinforced crate. After that, we'll ship the range hood to your address.

Yes. We will provide a detailed custom quote based on your project requirements.
If you are missing part of your order, please check:
1. Your dispatch email, if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another dispatch email. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.
2. The receipt/invoice in the bag, this will show the items you should have received in this parcel. If you have everything that is on the invoice the rest of your order will come separately.
3. If your order is arriving in multiple parcels then there will be a sticker on the bag to let you know the order has been split.
Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 60 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

Yes. You can request changes during the CAD design and approval stage. Once the CAD drawing is approved, changes may be limited or may require an additional charge. We recommend confirming all dimensions, materials, finishes, and insert specifications before approving the drawing.
All orders are subject to stock availability. Should an item be sold out, we will contact you via phone or email and refund the money paid for the item to the original method of payment.
Depending on your project, a deposit may be available to begin or secure the order. Final production will proceed after the required specifications and CAD drawing are confirmed.
Lead Time & Shipping
Our lead time includes production time(about 4-5 weeks) and shipping time(about 4-6 weeks).We also provide expedited service(about 5-7 weeks after CAD drawing approved date) for extra charge.
Yes. Once your shipment arrives at our overseas warehouse, we will arrange the final truck delivery and provide the truck number for tracking.

Returns & refunds

Make sure your order number, name, address, email, phone number and instructions are included and any comments.
All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Revella The Label.
In either case, you must present the receipt you received in your parcel & indicate the reason for the return or exchange.
We process refunds using the original form of payment.
